Schneeskulpturen vor Bergpanorama - snow sculptures in front of panorama view
Ein gewaltiges Alpenpanorama mit schroffen Kanten und Windverwehungen und ein vom Schnee und Windschliff geprägter Bergkamm – zwei Landschaften, die ich hier verschmelzen wollten, um so den von den vielen Eindrücken geprägten Ausblick einzufangen. Ganz ohne Lichtreflexe in der Linse war diese Gegenlichtaufnahme leider nicht möglich. Die störenden Lichtreflexe habe ich in Photoshop entfernt, einige Lichtstrahlen aber gelassen, um die für das Bild wichtige, aber nicht direkt sichtbare Sonne ein wenig mehr in das Bild hereinzuholen.
On the one hand an enormous panorama view of the alps with its rugged edges and snow drift and on the other hand one from snow and wind polish shaped mountain crest – two landscapes that I wanted to melt together in this picture to capture all the impressions I had at that point of view. It wasn’t possible to avoid all reflexes in the lense in that backlit photo. I removed the most interfering reflexes in photoshop and let some of the sunbeams in the picture in order to canvass the non visible sun which is so important for the picture.
